Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping will be an additional charge and added to your price at checkout.

How long does it take?

Our goal is to process your order in 1-3 business days and to ship in 3-5 business days.  We ship UPS Ground or USPS priority 1-2-day shipping.  You will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check in on your order status.

Are you closed/ship on holidays?

We are closed and do not ship orders on Postal Holidays, please see list below.

I would like it there on a specific day, is that possible?

We can’t make promises since it is not 100% in our control once we ship, but we will definitely try our best.  Enter the specific date in the Special Instructions section during checkout or email us at along with your Order #.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we ship within the US, Canada, and US Military Bases. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii will be charged at international shipping rates.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the order has not been shipped yet you can contact us right away at and we will do everything in our power to catch it before it goes out.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. Be sure to include apartment numbers or building names where appropriate.  If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address – we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address.  If you decide not to re-ship the box, you will be refunded for all items purchased once we receive the box.  However, you will be charged a restocking fee of the original shipping amount.  Refer to our Refund/Return Policy for more information.

Lost or Stolen?

If the tracking number shows that the box was delivered but the recipient did not receive it, we have found that the box may often be hiding.  It happens!  Have them take a second good look in, on, and around the delivery area.

If it still cannot be found please contact us at, include the Order # and we will do everything in our power to locate it by contacting the carrier and the delivery location in order to provide you all information you may need.  Unfortunately, this is a rare situation that is beyond our control and the items could possibly be stolen or lost.  We recommend filing a carrier claim and we will do the same on our end.

What if my package is delivered damaged?

Please contact us at, include the Order #, photos of the damaged package and/or product(s) and we will be happy to replace the damaged item(s) for you.
