Round Tuit Gifts policy is to do everything in our power to make our customers happy and those receiving gifts smile. With that in mind, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.
Lost or Stolen?
If the tracking number shows that the box was delivered but the recipient did not receive it, we have found that the box may often be hiding. It happens! Have them take a second good look in/on and around the delivery area.
If it still cannot be found please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include the Order # and we will do everything in our power to locate it by contacting the carrier and the delivery location in order to provide you all information you may need. Unfortunately, this is a rare situation that is beyond our control and the items could possibly be stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim and we will do the same on our end.
Damaged or Broken?
Please contact us at email@example.com, include the Order #, photos of the damaged packages and/or products and we will be happy to replace the damaged item(s) for you.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. Be sure to include apartment numbers or building names where appropriate. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address – we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address. If you decide not to re-ship the box, you will be refunded for all items purchased once we receive the box. However, you will be charged a restocking fee of the original shipping amount.
