What is a Round Tuit and what is Round Tuit Gifts?
A round tuit is a wooden nickel that gives someone the ability to accomplish anything that they normally put off for later, or “whenever they get around to it”. We are your personal round tuit team to help you fulfill the gifts you’ve been meaning to send. Whether it’s a last-minute birthday gift, a little something to let others know you are thinking of them, or a gift to lift someone’s spirit, we’ve got you covered. We are here to help you get around to it! We offer a variety of motivational, inspirational, and uplifting packages, with a wide range of sizes and prices for all different occasions. We provide quality products, excellent customer service, and custom-made gifts to give people a meaningful connection to those they love. We hope to make an impact not only on the person who receives one of our boxes but also on you the sender!
Can I send a personalized message in my order and what is all included in my box?
Absolutely! The box will contain a custom-designed postcard of your choosing with your personalized message printed on the back. In addition, each box includes either the items shown in the selected collection or a variety of items that you choose in your build a box. If one of the products in our boxes is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Can I customize a box? Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes! We would love to work with you on putting together something for your special occasion or event. Please email us at email@example.com.
Can I order multiple Gift Boxes?
No, unfortunately not at this time. When sending multiple gifts, separate transactions will have to be made for each gift.
What is the size of each box?
We have 4 box sizes:
- 13x13x4 in
- 15x9x5 in
- 10x10x4 in
- 9x9x3 in
We will use the box size that best fits your gift.
What payment options do I have?
We use PayPal to securely process payments on our site. All major credit cards are accepted. If you do not have a PayPal account, click the button to pay as a guest and PayPal will securely process your payment. All pricing is listed in USD.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping will be an additional charge and added to your price at checkout.
Is my credit card information protected?
Do you include receipts in the packages?
Never. We know most of our orders are surprise gifts, so we do not include receipts, invoices, or packing slips in the gift box. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
How long does it take?
Our goal is to process your order in 1-3 business days and to ship within 3-5 business days from when your order was received. We ship UPS Ground or USPS priority 1-2-day shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check in on your order status. We usually try to get the gifts out as soon as possible and it is often packaged up and shipped the same day you ordered it!

I would like it there on a specific day, is that possible?
We can’t make promises since it is not 100% in our control once we ship, but we will definitely try our best. Enter the specific date in the Special Instructions section during checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order #.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we ship within the US, Canada, and US Military Bases. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at international shipping rates.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address – we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address.
If the order has not been shipped yet you can contact us right away and we will do everything in our power to catch it before it goes out.
If your order is returned to us for another reason, you’ll be refunded for all the items you purchased once we receive the box. However, you will be charged a restocking fee of the original shipping amount.

What if my package is delivered damaged?
Please contact us at email@example.com, include the Order #, photos of the damaged packaged and/or products and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you.
